Commercial Sex Workers (CSW) is one type of professions with social construction experiencing bad and full stigma to be categorized as the dregs society. Amount CSW in Indonesia was 56 thousand Riau Province, it’s 2.865 them. For Jondul area, 36 CSW. The commercial sex workers are most vulnerable groups people from many sides. They spread various diseases, such HIV - AIDS, which a deadly disease result mutually sexual partners. purpose this study analyze cause woman into workers.The design used qualitative research in-depth interview technique. Subjects using purposive sampling key informants 3 worker supporter informant 1 person pimping, residents who live jondul officer Lima Puluh Public Health Care customer.The results show that prostitutes were due invitation friends, but they already know about work done before leaving. main reason become economic problems because hurt failed marriage. Knowledge on risks health effects has been quite good. education level high-PSK also included.The factors family workers. Suggested institutions order further improve provision information data collection number so everything can covered for medical examination.
